GENERAL TERMS

By using aeknes.com and related aeknes project services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use in full and are responsible for complying with applicable law.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, stop using this site.

Access to the project is a position of trust based on good faith, respect for the community, and preservation of a fair game environment.

STATUS OF THE AGREEMENT

These terms form an agreement between the user and project administration concerning access to the site, accounts, user content, internal features, and connected integrations.

Individual features may be governed by additional rules published on the relevant page. Those rules form part of this agreement.

COMPLIANCE WITH DYNAST.IO TERMS

Some site features are connected to Dynast.io and its API. When using those features, you also agree to comply with the Dynast.io Terms of Use available at /dynast_tos.

Violating Dynast.io terms through site features may lead to restricted or blocked access to aeknes services.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

The user is fully responsible for:

Complying with all Terms of Use
Complying with the laws of your country
Correctness of actions performed through available site features
Security of sign-in methods, sessions, and linked accounts
Respect for the rights of other users, developers, and rights holders

BOUNDARIES OF ACCEPTABLE USE

Users must act in good faith and must not use project features contrary to their purpose, service security, or the interests of the community.

Threats, harassment, fraud, harmful materials, and knowingly false claims are prohibited
Bypassing restrictions, exploiting defects, interfering with checks, and accessing protected data are prohibited
Impersonating administration, developers, project representatives, or another user is prohibited
Actions that undermine the stability of the site, API, game servers, or connected services are prohibited

DISCLOSURE OF DATA FOR VIOLATIONS

If you violate Dynast.io game rules, these site Terms of Use, or other aeknes project rules, the administration may provide the Dynast.io developer with detailed information about you and the violation to the extent necessary to verify the circumstances, protect the project, issue bans, and impose other penalties.

AUTOMATED DATA COLLECTION

Using parsers, scrapers, automated trackers, bots, or other automated data collection tools on the site without project administration permission is prohibited.

Detected automated data collection, anti-bot bypassing, or mass requests to aeknes pages and services may lead to access restrictions and account blocking.

RESPONSIBILITY AND ADMINISTRATIVE MEASURES

Site administration may restrict access and block a user's accounts on the aeknes site and in Dynast.io for a reasonable period when necessary to stop a violation or protect users, infrastructure, game servers, or the project's reputation.

A reasonable period is determined according to the nature and severity of the violation, its consequences, repeated conduct, the user's response after detection, and any continuing risk to the project or game community.

Measures may be applied without prior notice when delay could increase harm, allow the violation to continue, destroy evidence, or facilitate bypassing protective mechanisms.

Temporary restriction of features, publications, transfers, integrations, or service access
Removal of materials and results of actions that violate these terms or create a threat
Retention of technical violation data to the extent necessary for investigation and protection of the project
Administrative review upon a user's request when the circumstances allow access to be restored safely

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITY

The project takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, but does not guarantee absolute uninterrupted site operation and is not responsible for failures caused by third parties, external services, network issues, or force majeure.

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

Administration may modify, suspend, or discontinue individual project features for maintenance, development, security, or compliance with rights holders and applicable law.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the site after changes are made means you agree to the new terms.
